Open Forge Day

Service Description

Open Forge Days are open to all students that have attended the Beginning blacksmith class. You are able to come practice any of the blacksmithing skills you learned in class or try something new. A forge, anvil, tooling, scrap metal, and fuel are all provided. You are encouraged to bring your own steel. An experienced blacksmith will be on site to answer any questions and make sure everyone is conducting themselves in a safe manner. Note, this is NOT a class but an open session. You are expected to greet and talk to the public as well as enjoy yourself! If you are a MINOR, you are expected to bring an adult with you to the session. If the adult plans on participating in the open forge, they must purchase a spot in the class.
