The Art and Local History of Beer with Erik Schmid, Owner, Red Bus Brewing Company:
Folsom History presents, Erik Schmid, Owner/Operator of Folsom’s first and only brewery since the 1880’s. Erik will discuss the history of beer in the region, its process and why he chose Folsom to open his brewery.
Erik has been making beer for more than 30 years and will be bringing samples from his brewery to share.
